Karim Nooruddin

Karim Nooruddin is the Founder and CEO of Madison Avenue Properties, a company he established in 2002 with a vision for growth and excellence in real estate. Karim’s entrepreneurial journey began in the retail sector, where he successfully operated dollar stores and gained invaluable business experience. In 2010, he transitioned into real estate, acquiring his first property and laying the foundation for Madison Avenue Properties. Since then, Karim has expanded the company’s portfolio to include shopping centers and residential apartments, with over $94 million in assets under management. His leadership and strategic acumen have been instrumental in the company’s continued success and growth.

Zoya Nooruddin

Zoya Nooruddin joined Madison Avenue Properties as Vice President in 2019, bringing a strong foundation in business and technology to the team. A proud graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, Zoya earned her BBA in Management Information Systems. Prior to her role at Madison Avenue Properties, she built a successful career as a technology consultant, working at industry leading firms PwC, Credera, and Publicis Sapient to deliver innovative solutions for Fortune 500 companies. At Madison Avenue Properties, Zoya has transitioned her expertise into property management, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations and ensuring excellence across the board. Her unique blend of technical and managerial skills makes her an integral part of the team.

Zayd Nooruddin

Zayd Nooruddin serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Madison Avenue Properties, joining the company in 2022 after earning his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Texas. Having grown up immersed in the family business, Zayd developed a deep understanding of business management and administration by observing Madison Avenue Properties’ growth and managing the family’s retail stores during his school years. In his role as COO, Zayd has been pivotal in modernizing the company’s investment processes, streamlining leasing and tenant management, enhancing property maintenance, and attracting new investors. His fresh perspective and innovative approach are driving the company’s continued success and growth.
